Linda Diekmann - RN, BA, CPUR, CPUM, CPC, CCP
Co-Founder/Principal
Linda earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Rutgers University and then went onto to attend Virginia Community College, where she earned a degree in Nursing. Her career as a Registered Nurse included multiple positions in cardiac care units, as well as was positions in home care. Linda's clinical education, training and experience along with her extensive medical management experience earned her certifications in utilization review (CPUR) and utilization management (CPUM), as well as a certification in professional coding (CPC) and a certified coding professional (CCP). It is the unique combination of Linda's 35 years of clinical and professional experience that has resulted in her exceptional skill for the development and implementation of state-of-the-art customer service initiatives, workflow analysis, staffing and training models, Quality Assurance programs and medical management software for Premier Prizm Solutions. Today Linda is widely regarded as one of the foremost leaders in the automobile insurance claims industry. Linda is also two-time winner of the Annual Success Award from the Small Business Association for utilization of technology to improve efficiencies and workflow processes.
Neil Herbst
Co-Founder/Principal
Neil is an accomplished leader and business manager with nearly two decades of medical management experience. His proven ability to access individual strengths and formulate highly effective teams is central to his success as a sales pioneer. As a leader in the medical management industry, he has been awarded Vendor of the Year from several multibillion-dollar companies. Prior to his career in medical management, he served as Director of a multi-million dollar organization growing it to a $3B company. Premier Prizm Solutions' strong customer service focus is the result of Neil's dedicated leadership and quality direction. The organization continues to see record growth due to client recognition of quality products and Neil's driven goals to deliver world-class technology & customer service.
Michael Kennedy
Co-Founder/Principal
With a successful 17-year history in the insurance industry, he utilizes his comprehensive knowledge of medical claims management to provide PPS clients and the medical community with unparalleled service. Prior to his current role, he served as VP and COO. During his tenure with PPS, he has developed and implemented long-term, value-enhancing initiatives to aid in the profitability and efficiency of the company. In addition to his financial oversight, he also manages the legal functions of the company. Along with his partners, Michael is devoted to leading a company that gives back to its employees and the community. It is this vision, combined with a relentless pursuit of excellence, which resulted in PPS being a finalist in the New Jersey's Emerging Business of the Year Award.
