Diekmann, RN, BA, CPUR, CPUM, CPC, CCP President Linda Diekmann is one of the foremost leaders within the automobile insurance claims industry. With over 20 years experience, the majority in pre-certification, Linda was instrumental in the development and implementation of the pre-certification program used throughout New Jersey, serving over 1 million policy holders statewide. Automobile insurers nationwide rely on Ms. Diekmann’s expertise to manage personal injury and workman’s compensation claims efficiently and effectively. She uses her business expertise and background as a registered nurse (RN), certified professional in utilization review (CPUR), certified professional in utilization management (CPUM), a certified professional coder (CCP), to create state-of-the-art customer service initiatives and medical claims management software. Prior to establishing her firm, Linda was a clinician serving patients in the homecare environment and specialized in treating cardiac and general medical-surgical patients. She is a member of the American Association of Managed Care Nurses, the National Association for Healthcare Quality, and the Woman’s Business Enterprise National Council.
